My yoga teacher and reiki master, Allison Eaton will be leading the yoga and meditation classes, and my team and I will be guiding you and your business with workshops, writing sessions, rituals and ceremonies. Plus evening sound baths, bonfires, farm to table meals, massages and more.

Welcome to the ultimate retreat for business and self care! Here's the thing: I've assisted on, marketed, launched, planned, co-hosted, and worked on 100+ retreats. I know exactly what you are looking for and what you need to feel taken care of.

This is a week away in paradise, totally nourished, meals taken care of, with a group of like-minded and heart centered humans, talking business, self growth, self care, and life. This is what we need more of! I'm bringing out all the stops. I'll be leading some of my favorite business and growth workshops plus my favorite teachers will be leading yoga, meditation and sound bath sessions AND some of the best healers to offer massage and reiki... plus lots more! This has been a long time in the making and it would be my honor to spend a week with you supporting you and your business. I cannot wait to see you in Baja.

Allison Eaton is my yoga and reiki teacher, mentor and soul sister. I have dreamt for years about hosting a retreat at this facility in Baja with Allison as our yoga teacher and reiki guide.

Allison walks the talk and lives and breathes yoga. She lives and works full time in Baja as a yoga teacher trainer and reiki healer.

Whenever I need a reset, I call her for a session. I go to Baja as much as as I can and see her every chance I can get. She is true medicine for the mind and body. We are so lucky to have her healing hands and magical energy supporting us on this retreat.

Katy Annulli is my right hand and head of operations at Authentic Audience. She is also a certified yoga teacher and founder of KMA Organizing, a home organization and virtual operations business.

She makes things run at Authentic Audience and she is going to be your point person for all the details. Questions about flights, dietary restrictions, lodging, logistics, etc., Katy has you covered.

We will also be co-teaching one of the workshops together around projections, processes, budgeting and flow. I am so grateful to have her on my team and so lucky to have her joining us in Baja!

Kelsey Lettko is my sister and bestie for 30+ years. She is a certified yoga teacher, reiki master and life coach.

She has assisted on and co-led numerous retreats and workshops for purpose driven businesses & companies both large and small. As someone who successfully quit her job in tech to pursue her dreams of coaching, she now helps people on their own journeys through their own transitions and transformations.

I've witnessed her change the course of someone's river in a single conversation. We are so lucky to have her joining us on this retreat. Each attendee will get a 1:1 coaching session with her.
